Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Ab Initio Developer in Charlotte, NC, to maintain and enhance ETL workflows and support production operations. You will design, test, and deploy ETL solutions using Ab Initio, PySpark, and Python, and lead migration efforts to modern data processing frameworks.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of ETL and data integration experience with hands-on Ab Initio, PySpark, Python, and Oracle Database, plus strong analytical and communication skills.

As an Ab Initio Developer, you will be part of the Data Engineering Department supporting the Data Integration and Modernization teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, adaptability, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.
