You will lead business development, client engagement, industry teaming, and program execution across eVTOL, vertiports, airport electrification, and next-gen air mobility systems. The ideal candidate has 15+ years in aviation, with a proven track record of growing client relationships, leading complex programs, and advancing

Qualifications

• 15+ years of aviation industry experience including airport planning, development, design, or consulting.
• Proven success in business development and strategic growth.
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and airport planning guidance.
• Exceptional leadership and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the firm's Advanced Air Mobility market strategy and growth initiatives.
• Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with airports, public agencies, developers, technology providers, and stakeholders.
• Provide oversight for complex aviation and AAM programs ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop project managers and leaders within the aviation practice.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments to guide strategic decisions.
