Job summary

A leading creative staffing agency is looking for a Concept Artist to join their team in Redmond, WA. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in composition, lighting, and design principles, along with proficiency in tools like Unreal Engine, Blender, and Photoshop. The artist will work collaboratively with the Art Director and other team members to bring creative visions to life. The contract is for 12 months with potential extensions. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in composition, lighting, and design.
• Proficient in using Unreal Engine, Blender, and Photoshop for asset creation.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Art required.
• Experience in shipping at least one AAA game title.
• Strong grasp of human and animal anatomy, industrial, and architectural design.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to define project look and mood.
• Maintain understanding of the game universe and technology constraints.
• Create orthographic drawings for characters, props, and environments.
• Proactively seek feedback from Art Director and other teams.
