You will navigate weather and operational factors, maintain airworthiness considerations, and work with the crew to deliver professional service. Strong English communication and safety-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires total flight hours of 1,500+.
• Requires current FAA Airmen Certificate and FAA First Class Medical.
• FCC Radiotelephone Operator’s Permit required.
• Airbus A320 type rating preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Airbus A320 safely and efficiently, prioritizing passenger and crew safety.
• Handle preflight planning and MEL/CDL considerations as applicable.
• Assess weather and operational factors affecting each flight and adapt as needed.
• Comply with all flight regulations and air traffic control procedures.
• Utilize available operational tools and best practices to maximize safety on ground and in air.
• Demonstrate safety ownership in every decision and action.
• Foster strong crew coordination and professional service to build customer trust.
