Job Description:

Satair is seeking a Heavy Maintenance Manager to join our Customer Order Fulfillment team based in Peachtree City, GA. As a Heavy Maintenance Manager, you will support Maintenance Centers and Airlines with A220 c-check activities. Your responsibilities include managing the customer order process for c-check parts, coordinating a multidisciplinary team to ensure timely delivery, and leading customer meetings to report order status, address concerns, and set priorities. Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead internal and customer meetings, maintaining C-check documentation and communication
• Ensure completion of checklists and manage KPIs related to material orders
• Own the C-Check project and related order lines
• Coordinate technical support cases with Airbus Canada and clarify technical queries
• Deliver high-quality responses to customer requests to ensure satisfaction

Your Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience in the aviation industry
• Knowledge of aircraft maintenance or airline operations preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Travel Requirements:

10% domestic and 5% international travel

Eligibility:

Authorized to work in the US

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to see, hear, speak, and operate equipment daily
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs, and perform physical activities like squatting and standing
