Job summary

Koniag Government Services is seeking an A/V Systems Engineer to support enterprise audio/visual and conferencing capabilities for Federal government engagements in Washington, DC. You will work under the A/V Lead Systems Integrator to ensure flawless audiovisual performance for executive events and high-priority meetings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on enterprise A/V systems integration and operations experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale A/V environments, including conference room tech, digital signage, and executive briefing systems.
• Experience providing A/V support for executive-level engagements in a professional setting.
• Experience integrating A/V systems with Microsoft Teams Rooms and enterprise collaboration platforms.
• Experience in a federal or equivalent large-scale enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for integration, configuration, and sustainment of enterprise A/V and conferencing systems across CLIENT facilities.
• Support maintenance and operation of conference room technology, digital signage, and executive briefing environments.
• Assist in integrating A/V systems with CLIENT's enterprise IT infrastructure, including Teams Rooms, network connectivity, and endpoint management.
• Plan and execute A/V infrastructure upgrades, refreshes, and new installations under supervision.
• Maintain A/V system documentation, diagrams, and configuration records in the Government ITSM platform.
• Serve as a backup to the A/V Lead Systems Integrator to ensure 100% coverage.
