Position Overview
Embark on an exhilarating creative journey as the AV Creative Director at MGM+! This pivotal role places you at the helm of our AV universe domestically and internationally, steering projects that span premium television and streaming content. As the leader behind our promotional campaigns, sales reels, and marketing materials, you'll blend creative brilliance with technical mastery to craft content that captivates audiences across all platforms.
We're seeking a creative professional with extensive experience in high-level audiovisual production, including premium television and theatrical content. Your expertise in crafting compelling narratives through various mediums will set the standard for MGM+'s audiovisual content. Key Responsibilities
- Creative Vision & Strategy: Define and implement MGM+'s creative vision across all audiovisual platforms; develop innovative concepts for promotional campaigns, trailers, and marketing materials; drive creative excellence through storytelling and emerging technologies; create strategies aligned with MGM+'s brand and business objectives; translate complex ideas into engaging audiovisual experiences.
- Production Leadership & Execution: Direct high-profile projects from concept to delivery; oversee technical production aspects; lead creative reviews; manage live shoot productions and EPK development; guide creation of digital assets for social media and online platforms.
- Team & Resource Management: Lead and mentor creative teams; optimize workflows and resource allocation; manage budgets and timelines; foster team growth and innovation; collaborate with external agencies and vendors.
- Technical Excellence & Innovation: Maintain expertise in industry-standard software and emerging technologies; oversee quality control; guide technical specifications; drive adoption of innovative techniques; monitor industry trends.
- Stakeholder & Brand Management: Present concepts to leadership; collaborate across departments; build relationships with industry partners; ensure brand consistency; align output with business and market needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Studies, Digital Arts, or related; Master’s preferred
- 10+ years in high-level A/V production, including 5+ in leadership
- Proven success in premium television, streaming, or theatrical marketing
- Extensive experience with live shoots and EPK production
- Impressive portfolio of diverse A/V projects
- Mastery of software like Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Pro Tools
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Deep understanding of digital media trends and content creation
- Experience managing international projects and diverse markets

Led by experienced leaders, these teams collaborate seamlessly to produce compelling campaigns that strengthen MGM+'s position in the industry.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields; Master’s preferred
- 10+ years of high-level A/V production experience, 5+ in leadership
- Proven track record in premium entertainment marketing
- Experience with live shoots and EPK
- Strong portfolio of A/V projects
- Mastery of industry-standard software
