A leading automotive company is seeking a master certified technician to diagnose and repair vehicle systems. The role involves leading other technicians and occasionally interfacing with customers. Candidates should have a high school education and 4-7 years of experience in automotive repair.
A bumper-to-bumper, master certified technician capable of diagnosing and repairing any system of the automobile without supervision. In most cases, they are leaders in the shop and are chosen to support the development of other technicians when needed. At times, they may be called upon to interface with customers in various capacities.

Hyundai welcomes experienced technicians from other OEMs. The program allows technicians with training from an industry-recognized source, other than Hyundai, to test out of certain Hyundai instructor-led technical training courses, provided they meet specific requirements.
As a service consultant, you will be responsible for initiating automotive services and repairs by ascertaining vehicle performance problems and service requests; verifying warranty and service contract coverage; developing estimates; writing repair orders; maintaining customer records. You will serve as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician, ensuring the customer's needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended services/repairs are understood by the customer.
A technician capable of diagnosing and repairing most systems of the automobile, with little guidance or support from an A-Tech, Shop Foreman, or Team Leader. Efficient and effective on-the-job learning to apply to new vehicles and technology when concerns arise. Improved diagnostic skills through training and experience, and competent in complex mechanical repairs.
