In most cases, they are leaders in the shop and are chosen to support the development of other technicians when needed. At times, they may be called upon to interface with customers in various capacities.

Hyundai Technical Training Equivalency Assessment Program

Hyundai welcomes experienced technicians from other OEMs. The program allows technicians with training from an industry-recognized source, other than Hyundai, to test out of certain Hyundai instructor-led technical training courses, provided they meet specific requirements.
