Job summary

Harte Hyundai of Old Saybrook is seeking a master certified technician capable of diagnosing and repairing any system of the automobile without supervision. In this role you will often lead the shop and mentor newer technicians while maintaining the highest quality of workmanship.

You may interface with customers to explain repairs and alternatives, and you will participate in Hyundai Technical Training Equivalency Assessment Program.

Qualifications

• Master certified technician capable of diagnosing and repairing any system of the automobile without supervision.
• Leads the shop and supports the development of other technicians when needed.
• Interfaces with customers in various capacities.

Hyundai Technical Training Equivalency Assessment Program

Hyundai welcomes experienced technicians from other OEMs. The program allows technicians with training from an industry-recognized source, other than Hyundai, to test out of certain Hyundai instructor-led technical training courses, provided they meet certain requirements.
