Job summary

Hyundai Motor America is seeking a master certified technician in Oklahoma City to diagnose and repair any vehicle system without supervision. In this role, you will help lead the shop and support the development of other technicians when needed, and you may interface with customers as required.

Requirements include a high school education and 4–7 years of automotive experience. The position is full-time with salary not negotiable, and Hyundai supports its technicians through the Hyundai

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 4–7 years of automotive repair experience.
• Master certified technician capable of diagnosing and repairing any system without supervision; leadership and mentoring skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair all automobile systems without supervision.
• Lead shop activities and mentor junior technicians as needed.
• Interface with customers in various capacities.

Hyundai welcomes experienced technicians from other OEMs. The program allows technicians with training from an industry-recognized source, other than Hyundai, to test out of certain Hyundai instructor-led technical training courses, provided they meet certain requirements.
