Job summary

Five Star Hyundai of Albany is hiring a certified automotive technician to diagnose and repair all vehicle systems without supervision. Top performers often lead the shop and mentor other technicians, and may interact with customers in various capacities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience in Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair
• Minimum 2 Years Automotive Technician Experience Required
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Hyundai Technical Training Equivalency Assessment Program

Hyundai welcomes experienced technicians from other OEMs. The program allows technicians with training from an industry-recognized source, other than Hyundai, to test out of certain Hyundai instructor-led technical training courses, provided they meet certain requirements.
