Job summary

Moog is seeking an A&T Technician II for the 1st shift to join the Military Aircraft Group. You will perform assembly, soldering, and diagnostic tasks on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electro-mechanical systems onsite in East Aurora, NY, reporting to the Process Manager.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (preferred), at least 3 years of related technical experience, and FAA drug & alcohol program participation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred; ability to understand and apply work instructions in English.
• At least 3 years related experience in a related technical field.
• FAA Drug & Alcohol Program enrollment/participation is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly operations on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electro-mechanical components using a variety of measuring instruments and tools.
• Perform high reliability soldering and crimping of wires on complex sub-assemblies.
• Work from drawings, worksheets, parts lists, and other unit materials.
• Diagnose and rework units not meeting test requirements.
• Perform repairs on production units and operate hydraulic stands.
• Conduct testing per defined procedures.
• Support production with assembly functions as needed.
