Job summary

Moog in Buffalo, NY is seeking an A&T Technician I to join the Commercial Aircraft Group. You will report to the Process Manager and work onsite on 2nd or 3rd shift, in East Aurora, NY.

The role focuses on assembly using mechanical and electronic measurement equipment, testing operations, and supporting operations with daily admin tasks. FAA Drug & Alcohol program enrollment is required. Eligible for a competitive compensation package and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; otherwise ability to follow verbal, written and computer work instructions in English.
• At least 1 year of related experience in a technical field.
• FAA Drug & Alcohol Program enrollment is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly using mechanical and electronic measurement equipment, fixtures, tooling and torque mechanisms to meet build requirements.
• Work from drawings and instructions and document performance results clearly.
• Test operations include setup and execution of tests on high precision stands using hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic equipment.
• Diagnose test failures and assess hardware condition to provide rework instructions.
• Perform daily administrative tasks to support overall operations.
