Job description

The World Equestrian Center is currently seeking a part-time Sudden Impulse Sales Supervisor to join our team! Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

The Retail Supervisor will perform sales, management, and administrative tasks, such as maintaining sales performance, training, and monitoring inventory. To succeed as a Retail Supervisor, you should have excellent sales and leadership skills, along with strong customer service skills. A thorough knowledge of day-to-day retail operations is also essential.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Passionate about meeting sales goals and taking pride in work, ensuring overall safety, quality, and performance.
  • Assist with sales of store products, focusing on maximizing sales.
  • Monitor team performance, assign tasks, train associates.
  • Ensure every customer has an exceptional experience from entrance to exit.
  • Resolve customer complaints and answer questions confidently to maintain positive relations.
  • Stock shelves, maintain inventory, set up displays, ring up sales, and perform cleaning duties.
  • Motivate sales staff and foster a healthy competitive environment to drive sales.
  • Be friendly, outgoing, and ready to help customers find the perfect gifts.
  • Create exceptional shopping experiences and ensure the store displays top brands and specialty items.
  • Develop and maintain a harmonious work environment.
  • Execute WEC’s high standards of operations.
