Job summary

Deckers Brands in Indiana is seeking a Distribution Lead to oversee daily department productivity, assign tasks, and maintain professional relationships while representing the company positively.

You will monitor workflow, train teammates, enforce safety, and communicate headcounts to leadership. English fluency is required; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus. This role is based at the US IN Midwest Distribution Center with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a Distribution Center or Manufacturing operation.
• Lead experience preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Must be able to Read, Write, and Speak English.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Report any safety concerns & incidents to the designated parties.

The salary range posted reflects the estimated minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in: US - IN US8 Midwest Distribution Center. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
