Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a distribution center or manufacturing operation.
• Lead experience preferred.

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to train/teach associates and multitask in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Work as a team member with cooperative communication.
• Highly motivated, dependable, and a self-starter.
• Ability to handle competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor productivity tasks and maintain a steady workflow within the department.
• Train team members as needed and verify all processes are performed accurately and efficiently.
• Perform regular department safety walkthroughs and follow safety protocols & policies.
• Communicate with leadership to ensure support is available.
• Report headcounts of the shift to report any changes in the department.
• Report safety concerns & incidents to designated parties.
