• Coordinate daily work assignments and labor distribution.
• Monitor workflow to meet productivity, quality and service goals.
• Serve as floor leader during breaks or supervisor absence.
• Communicate operational issues and escalate risks promptly.
• Train, onboard, and cross-train associates.
• Provide real-time coaching and reinforce standard work.
• Support performance discussions and recognize strong performance.
