Job summary

Baptist Health Medical Group is seeking an Accounts Receivable (A/R) Representative to join the team in a remote position requiring residency in Kentucky or Indiana. Under the direction of the Medical Group's CBO Supervisors, you will handle billing, follow-up, claim edits, credits, provider enrollment review, cash posting, payer underpayment resolution, and related administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Ambulatory/provider billing experience in a multi-specialty practice preferred.
• EPIC practice management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Billing and follow-up on claims and related duties.
• Process credits and resolve payer underpayments.
• Cash posting and provider enrollment review.
• Provide customer service and administrative support as needed.

• 3+ years of Ambulatory/provider billing in a multi-specialty practice preferred;
• 1+ years EPIC practice management experience preferred
