Job summary

Baptist Health Medical Group is seeking an A/R Rep to join our team for a remote role requiring residency in Kentucky or Indiana. The role includes billing, follow-up, claim edits, credits, provider enrollment review, cash posting and payer underpayment resolution, along with customer service and other billing-related tasks.

Ideal candidates have a High School/GED (Associate degree preferred), 3+ years of ambulatory billing in a multi-specialty practice, and at least 1 year of EPIC practice

Qualifications

• High School / GED; Associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years of ambulatory/provider billing in a multi-specialty practice preferred; 1+ years EPIC practice management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle billing, follow-up, claims edits, credits and provider enrollment review.
• Perform cash posting and payer underpayment resolution tasks.
• Deliver customer service and perform various billing-related administrative functions.
