Position Overview: La'Aurora is seeking a motivated and creative Artists & Repertoire (A&R) Intern to help discover, develop, and support emerging talent within our youth music and performing arts programs. This internship is ideal for someone passionate about music, artist development, talent scouting, songwriting, music production, branding, and the entertainment industry. The A&R Intern will work closely with artists, producers, vocal coaches, choreographers, and executive leadership to help shape artists into confident, performance-ready professionals. Outstanding interns may transition into paid A&R or Artist Development positions within 6-12 months, based on performance and organizational growth.
