Join Pratt & Whitney as an A&P Technician supporting PW800 Flight Line operations for a key external customer. In this hands‑on role, you will provide critical engine maintenance, troubleshooting, inspection, and return‑to‑service support across both flight test and production environments. Working directly with the customer and alongside Pratt & Whitney technical teams, you will help ensure PW800 engines are maintained, repaired, inspected, and returned to service safely and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced A&P Technician with turbine‑engine experience who enjoys a dynamic, customer‑focused environment and field‑based problem solving. This role will work primarily on our weekend shift schedule, which is Friday‑Sunday from 7am‑7pm. Training will be conducted during our day shift schedule for up to 6 months prior to transitioning to the weekend shift. Overtime hours, off‑shift coverage, and occasional travel may be required to support the team.

The salary range for this role is 53,100 USD - 100,900 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
