Job summary
FEAM Aero is seeking qualified aircraft technicians to read and interpret structural repair manuals, plan complex repairs, and guide others in safe, compliant performance. Ideal candidates hold an FAA A&P license, have strong organizational skills, and are willing to travel for work as needed.
Responsibilities include disassembly/assembly of components, block-level repairs, and assisting in designing fixtures.
Qualifications
- Must be able to read and write English.
- Must have good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must have a current FAA Airframe & Powerplant License.
Responsibilities
- Read, interpret, plan and work from Structural Repair Manuals, engineering drawings, and Service Bulletins.
- Assist, guide, train, oversee and evaluate others.
- Complete skin repairs with doublers/triplers and complex contours.
- Perform disassembly/assembly including wing spars or other supports.
- Inspect confined areas of the airframe and conduct hidden damage inspection.
- Operate ground support equipment and assist with off-site maintenance as needed.
