Airshare is seeking a licensed A&P Mechanic to maintain aircraft to a safe airworthy standard per our maintenance manual and FAR regulations. You'll perform inspections, troubleshoot, repair, and document all activities, while following safety policies and FAA rules.

The role requires at least a high school diploma or GED, an A&P certificate, and 3+ years in general aviation maintenance. The schedule runs Sunday through Wednesday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with full-time benefits including insurance

• Reports discrepancies to Maintenance Manager or PIC.
• Documents maintenance activities and return-to-service paperwork.
• Observes FAA regulations and GMMs during maintenance.
• Maintains hangar and related facilities cleanliness.
• Performs other duties as required.

An Airshare A&P Mechanic maintains the aircraft in a safe and airworthy condition according to our maintenance manual and FAR regulations. They will conduct or assist with all inspections and repairs on aircraft and aircraft sub-assemblies and performs required documentation. This position will be scheduled for Sunday through Wednesday, 6AM to 4:30 PM,ESSENTIAL DUTIESPerforms scheduled maintenance on aircraft, as assigned.Ensures accuracy and timeliness of completed tasks.Troubleshoots and repairs damaged, worn, or defective mechanical components.Performs pre-flight and post-flight inspections on aircraft as time permits.Reports discrepancies to Maintenance Manager or Pilot in Command.Document maintenance activities.Completes required paperwork, including return to service requirements.Observes current applicable FAA Regulations and GMMs while performing required maintenance.Complies with Company safety policies and procedures.Maintains general cleanliness of hangar, parts/tool rooms and ramp areas, including operation of hangar floor cleaning machine.Performs other duties and assignments, as required.Requires a high school education or GED and an A&P certificate. Three+ years experience in general aviation maintenance or related field preferred.
