Job summary

Textron Aviation is hiring an A&P Mechanic for the Evening Shift in Milwaukee, WI. You will conduct inspections, maintenance, modifications, and repairs on Cessna and Beechcraft aircraft, diagnosing issues, disassembling and reassembling components, and ensuring airworthiness for delivery.

You will work with turbine engines and airframe systems, following FAR 43 inspection procedures, using precision tools, and supporting a diverse, safety‑mFocused team in a renowned aviation company.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED is required.
• A&P License is required.
• Knowledge of 100-hour, annual, and progressive inspection procedures per FAR 43 is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, maintenance, modifications, and repairs on Cessna and Beechcraft models.
• Diagnose malfunctions, disassemble, repair, reassemble, and adjust aircraft systems to prepare for flight and delivery.
• Troubleshoot turbine engines, perform airframe maintenance, and install service bulletins and kits.
• Use tools and equipment such as tensiometers, micrometers, pressure gauges, dial gauges, vacuum gauges, timing lights, and hand tools.
