Textron Aviation is seeking an A&P Mechanic in San Antonio, TX. Full-time role involving inspections, maintenance, and repairs on Cessna and Beechcraft aircraft. Base pay is part of a comprehensive total rewards package, with sign-on bonuses up to $15,000 based on experience. This on-site position is located in San Antonio and falls under Flight Operations.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED required.
• A&P License required.
• Knowledge of 100-hour, annual, and progressive inspection procedures as per FAR 43 is required.
• A minimum of 2 year's experience with diversified jet, turboprop, piston, modification, aircraft/flight maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical tasks including diagnosis, disassembly, repair, and reassembly of aircraft systems to prepare for flight and delivery.
• Troubleshoot and repair turbine engines; perform airframe system changes and system checkouts; install service bulletins and kits.
