Minimum Qualifications, Skills, And Abilities:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must hold a current, valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant License (A&P) with no history of infractions
- Knowledge and understanding of the English language
- 1 year of previous line maintenance experience preferred, but not required
- Experience and/or training on at least two commercial aircraft types (A319, A320, A321, B737, B767, B777, E190) preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literacy
- Ability to legally operate a motorized vehicle
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical
- Exemplifies CAS and client’s safety culture, values, and mission
- Physical requirements include the ability to stand, lie down, kneel, climb stairs/scaffolds/ladders, and frequently lift objects over 70 pounds
- Working conditions involve exposure to all elements, weather extremes, and working under time pressure to maintain flight schedules while upholding safety standards
