Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on aircraft airframes and powerplants
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and avionics systems to identify and resolve issues
• Complete aircraft logbook entries and maintenance records in compliance with FAA regulations
• Conduct engine run-ups, functional tests, and post-maintenance checks to verify airworthiness
• Collaborate with inspection and quality assurance teams to ensure all work meets regulatory standards
• Perform component removals, installations, and repairs in accordance with approved maintenance manuals and AMMs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety protocols

Requirements:

• Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate required
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on aircraft maintenance experience
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, including FAR Part 43 and Part 145
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting aircraft maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical publications
• Experience with turbine engines, piston aircraft, or rotorcraft is a plus
• Must possess own set of tools appropriate for aircraft maintenance
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
