Job summary

TeamGlobal seeks a skilled technician to teardown, inspect, repair, modify, test and reassemble Bell helicopter components in a Part 145 environment. You will maintain traceability, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and verify performance to manufacturer standards.

Required are a high school diploma or GED, Bell overhaul experience on models 206/407/205/212/412, and knowledge of FAA regulations. Strong reading, teamwork, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior Bell helicopter overhaul experience on models 206/407/205/212/412.
• Knowledge of FAA regulations, Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins.
• Ability to read technical drawings and maintenance manuals.
• Must pass FAA/DOT alcohol and drug screening; read/write English.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, inspect, repair, modify, test, and reassemble Bell helicopter components.
• Maintain accurate records for FAA and OEM traceability.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues affecting components.
• Coordinate with maintenance personnel, quality control and OEM reps.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality standards, and procedures.
