Job summary

Omni Air International is seeking a Flight Mechanic to support line maintenance operations. The role requires an active A&P license, minimum 3 years of transport-category aircraft maintenance, and the ability to work a 12-hour shift including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
Valid A&P license required.
Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience on transport category aircraft.
Passport and ability to travel internationally.
Must pass a 10-year background check and pre-employment drug screen.
Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Perform routine, non-routine and preventative maintenance to ensure airworthiness of company aircraft.
Sign for work accomplished and record all maintenance tasks.
Maintain safety consciousness and proper use of tools, parts and hardware.
Communicate with Maintenance Control and supervisors; report status and issues.
Ensure proper paperwork is neat, organized and returned promptly.
Attend training as required and adhere to company policies.
