Job summary

Panasonic Avionics Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Services Representative (A&P Mechanic) to perform line maintenance on IFE systems across multiple airlines at Boston Logan International Airport.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is required.
• Airframe & Powerplant License or equivalent value is required.
• Must pass a background and drug screening (marijuana included).
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be open to most shifts (night/graveyard included).
• Experience level: 0–1 year preferred but not required; 1+ years IFE/avionics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, preventive maintenance, and alterations to PAC In-flight Entertainment Systems on aircraft.
• Perform built-in test and manual tests of PAC IFE systems.
• Troubleshoot electronic units, cabling or seat consoles to line replaceable modules.
• Maintain and check aircraft for various airlines; document results using computer/bar-code equipment.
