Job summary

Flexjet invites motivated individuals to join its in-house maintenance apprenticeship program. You’ll learn on-the-job toward earning an A&P license, with Purdue-developed modules and hands-on training on the latest aircraft.

The program includes a toolbox and essential tools valued at $50,000 to start your career. Upon completion, graduates are positioned within Flexjet’s global maintenance network with strong compensation and benefits, supported by structured mentorship and safety-focused

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows and MS Office programs.
• Ability to multi-task within a team environment.
• Detail-oriented and well organized; good communication and a positive attitude.
• Motivated and able to work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist with performing airframe and powerplant repairs and modifications to FAA requirements.
• Remove and disassemble parts; assist with assembly and testing of systems.
• Operate power tools and equipment safely to complete tasks.
• Tow, park, and secure aircraft at ramp and hangar locations.
• Follow safety programs and OSHA/EPA regulations.
