We are hiring immediately for a full-time A&P (Airframe & Powerplant) mechanic or AMT (Aircraft Maintenance Technician). This role is critical to our mission, so we are offering up to a $15,000 Sign-On Bonus.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Inspections and Maintenance: Perform thorough inspections, maintenance, modifications, and repairs on Cessna and Beechcraft aircraft models.
2. Mechanical Tasks: Diagnose malfunctions, disassemble, rework, repair, replace, reassemble, and adjust aircraft systems to ensure flight readiness.
3. Engine and Airframe Maintenance: Troubleshoot, inspect, and repair turbine engines; perform airframe system and component changes; install service bulletins and kits.
4. Use of Tools and Equipment: Utilize specialized tools such as tensiometers, micrometers, pressure gauges, dial gauges, vacuum gauges, timing lights, and hand tools for repairs and modifications.

Qualifications for Success:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of 100-hour, annual, and progressive inspection procedures as per FAR 43 required.
