Strategic Support Solutions is seeking an Aircraft Mechanic (A&P) for government maintenance in Greenville, SC. Full-time with second shift offers a $5/hour differential.

Responsibilities include inspecting parts and airframes, diagnosing repairs, and ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and manuals. Must hold an active A&P license with 3+ years of aviation experience. Benefits include 401K, holidays, vacation, life insurance, telemedicine, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Active A&P license with 3+ years of aviation experience in Citation 560XL or King Airs.
• Able to follow FAA regulations and Inspections Procedures Manual with little supervision.
• Must have the minimum required tools to perform assigned work.
• Must pass a basic aircraft maintenance knowledge test.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts, systems, and airframe during scheduled maintenance.
• Perform diagnostic tests to determine repairs.
• Repair defective parts and systems.
• Troubleshoot repairs beyond scheduled maintenance.
