Rio Staffing LLC seeks a skilled A&P Aircraft Mechanic to support a world-class flight training organization in Phoenix, AZ. You will perform 100-hour inspections, troubleshoot systems, sign airworthiness logs, and work with modern piston fleets in a collaborative hangar environment.

Qualificações

• Active FAA Aircraft & Powerplant (A&P) license required at time of hire.
• Minimum of 3 recent, consecutive years of post-graduation General Aviation (GA) maintenance experience as a certificated A&P.
• Direct hands-on maintenance experience with single-engine GA piston aircraft (Cessna 172/152, Piper Archer/Cherokee, Diamond DA40/42, Cirrus).
• Possession of a personal set of hand tools for GA servicing and maintenance.
• Proficient with MS Office and able to navigate Talon RMS.

Responsabilidades

• Perform mandatory 100-hour inspections, annuals, and routine servicing per 14 CFR Parts 43 and 91.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex system malfunctions on piston airframes, engines, and systems.
• Complete maintenance logbook sign-offs and maintain digital records using MS Office and Talon RMS.
• Read and interpret technical data including manuals, parts catalogs, ADs, and SBs.
• Maintain shop safety and proper handling of aviation fuels and solvents.
