Job Description : STI is seeking a highly skilled Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic with a minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience as an aircraft maintenance technician for an FAA certified Part 121, Part 135, or an FAA certified Part 145 working repair station. The ideal candidate will have experience working on transport Beechcraft or Bombardier category aircraft and a strong commitment to ensuring the safety and reliability of our fleet. Key Responsibilities : Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, replace, modify, install, calibrate, test, and evaluate all A&P systems and components on aircraft, including but not limited to skin, engines, brakes, galley, hydraulics, sheet metal, and other equipment. Conduct inspections and ensure the airworthiness of all equipment, parts, components, or systems. Perform routine maintenance and extensive repairs as required, compliant with FAA regulations and company policies. Conduct pre-flight and post-flight checks to confirm operational safety. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with Title 14 CFR part 65.83. Collaborate with team members to ensure the timely and efficient completion of all maintenance tasks. Qualifications : High School diploma or equivalent. Valid A&P license (Airframe and Powerplant). Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience as an aircraft maintenance technician for FAA certified Part 121, Part 135, or Part 145 repair stations. Hands-on experience with transport Beechcraft or Bombardier category aircraft. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills. Clearance Requirement : Must complete a background investigation.
