Job summary

Position Summary

Davcor Aviation Services is seeking experienced A&P Aircraft Mechanics to support commercial aircraft maintenance operations in Everett, WA.

This position is ideal for experienced aviation maintenance professionals with a strong background in commercial aircraft maintenance, repair, inspection, troubleshooting, and component removal and installation. Successful candidates will work as part of a maintenance team supporting Boeing and Airbus aircraft while maintaining strict compliance with FAA regulations, approved technical data, customer requirements, and company safety and quality standards.

Pay

$36.00 per hour

Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repair, modification, and inspection of commercial aircraft.

Remove, install, troubleshoot, repair, and replace aircraft components and assemblies.

Perform aircraft servicing, operational checks, functional tests, and maintenance inspections as required.

Support maintenance activities on Boeing 737, Boeing 767, Airbus, and other commercial aircraft platforms.

Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, flight control, and related aircraft systems.

Perform component removal and installation in accordance with approved maintenance procedures.

Read and interpret Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMM), Structural Repair Manuals (SRM), service bulletins, engineering drawings, and other approved technical data.

Complete maintenance tasks in accordance with FAA regulations, customer requirements, and company procedures.

Accurately document completed maintenance actions and required aircraft paperwork.

Maintain accurate labor charging and job tracking records.

Communicate effectively with supervisors, quality personnel, engineering teams, and fellow technicians regarding work progress and technical concerns.

Complete required training, OJT documentation, and company compliance requirements.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Support overtime and schedule flexibility as required to meet operational demands.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Required

Experience performing aircraft maintenance, troubleshooting, component removal and installation, servicing, and operational checks.

Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, engineering drawings, service bulletins, and other technical documentation.

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to perform maintenance tasks independently and as part of a team.

Working knowledge of FAA regulations and standard aircraft maintenance practices.

Ability to maintain accurate and complete maintenance documentation.

Preferred

Previous commercial MRO experience.

Boeing 737, Boeing 767, and/or Airbus aircraft experience.

Heavy aircraft maintenance experience.

Modification and reconfiguration experience.

Experience working across multiple commercial aircraft platforms.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with maintenance, engineering, quality, and operational personnel.

Knowledge of aircraft maintenance procedures, practices, tools, and regulatory requirements.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to perform mathematical calculations required for aircraft maintenance tasks.

Ability to interpret written, verbal, diagrammatic, and technical instructions.

Proficiency with aircraft maintenance tools, equipment, and standard maintenance practices.

Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced maintenance environment.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This position is performed in an active aircraft maintenance environment and may require working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Employees must be able to:

Stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and climb for extended periods.

Work from ladders, maintenance stands, and elevated platforms.

Lift and carry up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

Work in aircraft hangars and maintenance facilities.

Use hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and precision measuring instruments.

Read and interpret technical documentation and engineering drawings.

Wear required PPE and comply with all FAA, OSHA, customer, and company safety requirements.
