Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Appleton Service Center is seeking an RS AMT II A&P on the 4th shift DROP-IN. You will perform maintenance, repair, and modification of key aircraft components, with emphasis on avionics, electrical, and mechanical systems. Must have A&P license, HS diploma, and be willing to travel.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, completing documentation per FAA standards, and coordinating with inspections. Full-time on-site role with weekend days shift.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years aviation maintenance experience (avionics, electrical, and/or mechanical).
• Must be able to read, write and speak English proficiently.
• Must be able to read and interpret maintenance manuals and IPCs.
• FAA A&P license is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair, replacement, and modifications of aircraft components.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems to ensure proper operation.
• Coordinate with inspection for FAA and internal documentation compliance.
• Complete work orders, sign-offs, and shift handoffs accurately and timely.
• Maintain quality standards and proper tagging/storage of equipment.
• Operate ground support equipment following SOPs and JSAs.
• Oversee use of special equipment for removal/installation of major components.
• Coordinate with other departments for overhaul or repair of customer property.
