Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 years aviation maintenance experience (avionics, electrical, and/or mechanical).
• A&P license is required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and servicing of aircraft mechanical systems.
• Repair, maintain, install, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical components.
• Coordinate with inspection to ensure FAA compliance and documentation.
• Complete work orders, sign-offs, and handoffs accurately.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and specifications.
• Identify and store customer property securely.
• Follow SOPs and JSAs when using ground support equipment.
• Operate and oversee equipment for major component removal/installation.
• Coordinate with other departments for overhauls or repairs as needed.
• Apply 6S and Lean initiatives to keep work areas clean.
• Maintain knowledge of FAA regulations and manuals.
