Job summary

Allegiant Air in Mesa, AZ is seeking FAA certified Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) technicians to perform direct maintenance under CAMP. Must have a high school diploma, an A&P certificate, and at least two years in an aircraft maintenance environment. Visa sponsorship is not available and a background check is required. Proficiency with MS Word/Outlook is preferred; strong communication skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• US work authorization required.
• Background check required.
• Two years of aircraft maintenance experience in Part 121/135/145 environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on airframes, engines, and related components per FAA, manufacturer, and Allegiant Air manuals and procedures.
• overhaul, repair, and testing of aircraft systems and components.
• Attach and verify proper tagging for removed parts per policy.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work area; comply with all regulations.
• Complete all required paperwork and records; ensure Airworthiness Release when applicable.
• May perform Inspector duties if qualified per manual.
