Job summary

Allegiant Air in Punta Gorda, FL seeks Maintenance Technicians who are FAA certified Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) to perform direct maintenance under CAMP. No visa sponsorship available. Must pass a background check and be authorized to work in the US.

Requirements include a High School Diploma/GED and A&P certification with at least two years in 121/135/145 environments. Valid driver's license and good driving record preferred. Benefits and wage details are provided in the posting.

Qualifications

Combination of education and experience will be considered.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Must pass a Criminal Background Check.

Responsibilities

Perform work outlined on applicable forms in accordance with Allegiant Air policies and FAA requirements.
Overhaul, maintenance and repair of air frame components, power plants, aircraft communication, navigation equipment and associated components.
Ensure that the appropriate tag is attached to all parts removed from an aircraft in accordance with Allegiant Air policy.
The Technician, in performing duties, must be alert for defective parts and safe working conditions.
Proper execution of an Airworthiness Release and signing off on work records.
Qualified technicians may perform Inspector duties as described in the manual.
Keep the work area clean, safe and orderly; maintain company property.
Process all necessary paperwork as mandated by regulation.
Other duties as assigned.
