Job summary

Air Transport International in the San Francisco Bay Area seeks an Aircraft Mechanic (A&P) to overhaul, maintain and repair airframe components, powerplants and related aircraft systems per Company and manufacturer manuals and Orders.

Required: high school diploma, DOT/FAA pre-employment drug screen and background check, experience with 757/767, ability to travel to ATI stations, and a valid passport. Compensation is $47.00 per hour; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• DOT/FAA pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Experience with 757/767 aircraft.
• Ability to clearly communicate with customers and co-workers.
• Airframe and Powerplant license (FAR 121.378a).
• Willingness to travel to ATI stations as required.
• Passport validity.

Responsibilities

• Overhaul, maintenance, and repair of airframe components, powerplants, and related equipment per manuals and orders.
• Mechanics will be required to sign for work accomplished.
• Be alert for defective parts and ensure safe working condition.
• May perform housekeeping duties or repair of company property.
• Attend all Company training classes as assigned by the Director of Maintenance.
