Job summary

COMLUX AMERICA LLC seeks an Aircraft Inspector to ensure the return to service of aircraft by completing work orders and all required documentation from pre-planning to delivery. The role requires performing inspections of airframes, engines, components, and modifications to verify conformity with specifications.

The ideal candidate will have an A&P license, strong knowledge of FAA regulations, and extensive inspection experience.

Qualifications

A&P license and High School Diploma required.
Thorough knowledge of aircraft maintenance procedures, Service Bulletins, RSM and applicable FAR Directives and FAA regulations.
1 year Inspection or Limited Inspector experience desirable
5+ years as an A&P Technician
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, aircraft drawings, wiring diagrams and other engineering documentation.
Valid Passport

Responsibilities

Inspect airframes, engines, components and modifications to ensure conformity with specifications and standards.
Complete inspections and associated documentation from pre-planning to delivery of the aircraft.
Review and sign off documentation as Inspected By.
Compute weight and balance data and revise equipment lists.
Audit task cards and work order packages prior to release of aircraft.
Perform AD research as necessary.
