Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a board-certified physician for a 6–12 month locum tenens assignment. Work is in an inpatient hospital setting with 12–14 patients per day, 3–4 procedure days and 1–2 clinic days each week, plus night call.

The position offers prepaid travel and housing expenses, paid malpractice insurance, and competitive compensation, with 24‑hour access to your Weatherby consultant. Weatherby is a charter member of NALTO.

Qualifications

• Board-certified physician required.
• Inpatient hospital setting experience.
• EGD and colonoscopy procedures required.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient hospital duties with 12–14 patients per day.
• 3–4 procedure days per week; 1–2 clinic days.
• Night call shared; approx. 2 days/week plus 1 weekend.
