Promotive is seeking an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician for multiple locations in Monroe / West Monroe, LA. This full-time role offers a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends and a guaranteed weekly pay of $1,300–$1,800 for the first six months, with relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

The technician will diagnose and repair across all makes/models, perform DVIs, prepare estimates, and maintain high productivity with strong documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of independent automotive repair experience.

Pay Type:Weekly Salary with 6-Month Weekly Guarantee
Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly
Earning Potential: $1,300-$1,800 weekly guarantee for the first 6 months (based on experience)

This full-service environment works on all makes and models and offers a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends. The position includes a $1,300-$1,800 weekly guarantee for the first six months, based on experience and qualifications, plus relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities
