Promotive is seeking an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician in St. Charles, IL. The role offers hourly pay with production bonus opportunities and the potential to earn up to $100,000 annually.

You will diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns, perform DVIs, and work with factory-level diagnostic tools in a team-oriented shop.

Qualifications

• A-Level automotive repair experience.
• 8+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Strong automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience using factory scan tools and OEM-level diagnostic procedures.
• Understanding of CAN and vehicle network diagnostics.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently.
• Proven ability to produce quality repairs in a professional shop environment.

Responsabilités

Location: St. Charles, IL
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM-5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $35-$45/hour, based on experience
Pay Type: Straight hourly - No Flat Rate
Additional Pay: Production bonus opportunities based on efficiency
Earning Potential: Up to $100,000 annually

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician in St. Charles, IL.

This position pays $35-$45/hour based on experience, with production bonus opportunities based on efficiency and earning potential up to $100,000 annually.

You’ll work Monday-Friday in a team-oriented shop with advanced diagnostic work, modern equipment, and the stability of straight hourly pay with no flat rate.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
• Perform general automotive repair and maintenance
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs)
• Use factory-level diagnostic procedures and scan tools
• Diagnose CAN and vehicle network concerns
• Maintain approximately 50-52 hours of weekly productivity
• Complete repairs to OEM-level quality standards
