Job summary

Neil Huffman Mazda Volkswagen in Louisville, KY is seeking an A-Level Automotive Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles, offering $35–$45 per flagged hour with bonuses. Weekly pay and a 40-hour guaranteed week for the first two months are provided.

The shop services Mazda and Volkswagen, as well as pre-owned and other makes, with a 12-bay facility and modern equipment. ASE and factory certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Strong A-Level diagnostic and repair skills.
• Experience with engine and major mechanical repairs.
• Ability to produce efficiently in a flat-rate environment.
• Own basic technician tools.
• ASe certifications preferred.
• Mazda or Volkswagen certifications/ dealership exp preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Diagnose electrical, drivability, and engine performance concerns
• Complete engine and major mechanical repairs
• Perform brake, steering, and suspension repairs
• Complete vehicle inspections and document repair recommendations
• Mentor less experienced technicians as needed
• Complete quality repairs to manufacturer standards
