You will troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues, document work performed, collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians, and stay current with Subaru technical updates to uphold safety and quality in a clean, organized shop, with opportunities for ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must have strong automotive diagnostic and repair skills across engine, transmission, brakes, and electrical systems.
• Proficient with diagnostic tools and service equipment; ability to read manuals and diagrams.
• Comfortable interpreting wiring diagrams and manufacturer bulletins.
• Commitment to safety, quality control and preventive maintenance.
• Good communication and teamwork with service advisors and technicians.
