Job summary

Napleton Hyundai of Hazelwood is seeking an Automotive A-Level Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles to factory standards. This role offers top flat rate hours, incentive-based pay, and opportunities for advancement in a busy, customer-focused shop.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of A-Level experience, are self-starters, and are willing to undergo background checks. We provide paid training, manufacturer certifications, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an A Level Technician.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations.
• 18+ years of age to comply with company policy.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals as required.
• Continuously update technical skills through formal training to stay current with automotive technology.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized and neat service bay.

Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an A Level Technician required.
• Ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is process-driven
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
