A big hourly rate means nothing if there aren’t enough cars in the shop.

A lot of shops are advertising huge technician pay right now.

Then you get there.

Three cars on your schedule. Waiting on approvals. Waiting on parts. Waiting on the next RO.

We have more work than we have technician capacity.

Our Evansville shop sees 600+ vehicles every month, and we are looking for an experienced A-level technician who wants a steady pipeline of work and the support to turn it into flagged hours.

If you're capable of producing 45, 50, 55+ hours a week, we want to give you the opportunity to do it consistently.

We aren't hiring because the shop is slow.

We're hiring because we're busy.

You won't be competing with six other technicians for three repair orders.

You won't spend half your day washing cars, hunting down parts, writing estimates, or doing work someone else should be handling.

You diagnose. You repair. You produce.

Our team handles the rest.

• 600+ vehicles per month
• Consistent backlog and strong car count
• 1 Service Advisors for every 3 technicians
• Dedicated Parts Manager
• Porters handling vehicle movement and support tasks
• Fleet of loaner vehicles that helps customers authorize repairs instead of postponing them
• Shop Foreman and Master Technicians available for support

What We're Looking For

This is an A-level technician position.

We're looking for someone with:

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• Strong diagnostic ability
• Bi-directional scan tool proficiency
• Drivability, electrical testing, analysis, and road-test expertise
• Your own professional tools
• Valid driver's license
• Strong attendance and work ethic

ASE certifications and technical-school training are a plus, but we're much more interested in what you can diagnose, repair, and produce than the plaques hanging on your wall.
