Qualifications

• 7-8 years of automotive repair and diagnostic experience REQUIRED.
• Intermediate-to-advanced automotive diagnostic capability.
• Strong experience with electrical systems, driveability diagnostics, check-engine-light concerns, and emissions-related troubleshooting.
• Ability to use scan tools and diagnostic equipment effectively, including Snap-on and Matco diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to interpret automotive wiring diagrams and systematically pinpoint electrical faults.
• ASE certifications are preferred but not required.
• Must provide the personal tools necessary to perform the assigned technician work.

Compensation & Benefits

• $45-$55 per hour, paid weekly.

The shop uses NAPA TRACS, paper inspections, Snap-on diagnostic equipment, and a recently purchased Matco scanner with scope capability.

Full-time technicians work Monday-Friday with no weekends. Part-time arrangements may also be considered, including a three-day schedule.
